Easy to shop and navigate the aisles. Sections clearly marked. Easy to return with a receipt. Plus size section has limited choices. I couldn't find my shoe size in booties. Thus purchases limited to household items.

I just might be addicted to kohls, they have great clothes and shoes for my family.
 We love their home stuff too. Great kitchen and bath supplies. Decent quality products.

What's the point of online pickup. There's no separate line for return and online pick up. Stayed on the line for half an hour.

Within 5 mins of this review lines were separated and online pickup customers are cleared within another 5. Good Job here Kohls.
Giving 4 star instead of 1.

Nice selection with a clean environment. My only complaint is the squeaky wheels on the carts. They just need a little wd40.
