Had the item I looked up online,  with an extra 15% sale running. Lines got a bit long, opened two extra registers. Pleasant, friendly, courteous and prompt service. Great shopping experience.

Went to go look at the watches in the jewelry section. I waited for 20 min for the lady to wrap up a customer. Right next to where they checkout. When she finished she just walked away to the floor. I litteraly had to flag her down to get help. Mind you this is after I asked another employee for help and she says, "Yeah she'll be right with you."

Most of the sales people were very helpful...I was looking for a manicure set for my wife. The cosmetics sales person was not. Her response was " It's Christmas time and that's why we're all sold out" I could have said something but I chose not to. It's Dec 7th not Dec 21st...then I could understand. Kohls needs to have a better way for people in a wheelchair to get in and out of the store and more room to maneuver in the aisles. I was at the mercy of other customers. I have ALS, can't open a door.

My Kohls has the nicest customer service ever. A manager that cares about his employees and he's customer. It is a great store to shop at!!!!

Very relaxed. Staff pleasant especially the check out lady. The girl in the fitting area was working hard and fast cleaning up after careless customers. Nice Sat. afternoon shopping.
