Professionally when a hiring manager knows about a interview. I think it should be on time not 30 minutes later....and yet when it happens, unprofessional managers suck at doing their job and it's not worth even trying to further a career

Lets start by making it clear the store was pretty much empty. From when I arrived I got redirected to other registers when they actually were not even busy. The lady in the perfume section was no help at all. She didnt know anything of which I asked nor she made any effort to help. If you expect to get any of the gifts that come with perfumes dont go there. They will only tell you the sign is old and that they dont have any. Only helpful lady was Rae at the customer service desk.

How are you going to have 2 people at registers. It's not even registers it is the returns desk. This isn't the first time but it is last time for me as I will no longer be coming back.

Floor sales person not interested in assisting customers. I asked where boys clothing section was located, I needed sizes 18-20, she said in tbe boys department. If knew where it was in the stote I would not ask. I really don't have time to waste asking people things I already know. Cashier was rude. Put receipt and bag on counter, was not offer to me and I had to look at register to find out my total. No thank you for shopping, hello. Nothing. Don't plan to shop there again. I'm not a regular kohl's customer and today sealed the deal. Thank you.

Maybe my expectations of stores like this are too high but this was an absolute mess! Had my eye on specific men's apparel and could not find the matching pieces anywhere! Would not recommend this spot other than the good deals if you can actually find what you're looking for.
