The manager was SO helpful to me today. I had a traffic ticket and needed to send paperwork for D Driving by certified mail. I was kind of stressed about it bc it was due pretty quick. He was a big help. I will definitely be going back there for all my shipping from now on.

I've been numerous times to this store to drop off items. Never had an issue with the staff or procedure to ship. The only thing that sucks about this location is the parking lot, but that is not the stores fault.

This location charged 3X what the Sienna branch did for the exact same services. They told me because it's a franchise that is why there is a cost discrepancy but didn't inform me until I had already been charged.

The girl never great anyone, never say you welcome when thank her, I went their few times and she still the same, looks rude, never use the place again.

The worst experience of our life!!!!! First time the package was shipped and then we received a notice that it could not be delivered because of a sticker on the box. Another UPS store said the people at this location should have advised us and notified us that this would cause a problem, which they did not. In order to get reimbursed they asked that we return to the actual shipping store and have them reship the box with their store credit since it was their fault. I returned back to this location to have them fix the error which cost $200 to ship, only to have her then say she wasn't sure if she could because she needed to make phone calls to see if they had too. She asked that I leave the box and that she would call me when she had information. Then she called to notify that she would resend the box with the store credit. I asked if I needed to return to sign or finish any procedure. She said no, and that the box was ready to be delivered again. Two months later, and my package is being returned after we've had to call numerous times to figure out why our package hasn't arrived. It arrived to it's international city, but no one had the luck of trying to get it out! There was apparently a huge problem with the fact that the employee then shipped the package out a second time with the old paper work and old tracking number inside the box that didn't match the exterior label. They continued to say that they were just waiting on some paperwork from the receiver to release the box. They filled and delivered the paperwork which they continued to deny because it was still a problem that the tracking numbers didn't match. Why can't they get their stuff together!!! Then, we continued to call, with the only answer that someone would give us a call back. No one called! We finally called again and were notified that the package was sent to Kansas to be destroyed because of owner abandonment! We had to request for the return of the box and we are still waiting and I'm sure it will be a hassle trying to get reimbursed. DO NOT send packages from this store. Stafford location is much more helpful and knowledgable.
