Check our lines too long. Dressing room workers do not use common sense to be able to count to one. Instead the want you to put the one piece on a pole to count..I understand this is at the direction of management which suggest they need training of all kind. I would never hire anyone that work at Ross. I

Relatively clean, although everything does appear yellowish and dated. Staff is friendly and you can definitely find some good deals. What you expect of a decent Ross.

This is towards one of the employee this morning who was at the fitting room. She has no social skills at all, zero customer service, demanding and extremely rude. I have no idea how they hired this old mexican woman but she does not know how to speak towards customers the correct way. She treated me like I'm some sort of a crimimal, she has zero respect towards customers. Seriously, once was enough but three times in a row of acting that way and speaking at such a tone was just ridiculous and she has the nerve to lecture me out loud in front of others. What a plausible way of treating a customer.
