I always have a 5 star experience. Today I can only give 3 stars. While I found earrings for my granddaughter inside the locked case, I noticed no one was behind the jewelry counter. I continued to browse, but no one showed. I asked a cashier what was up, she immediately called on the PA for an assistant. I waited,  and Nothing. So I left.

I found everything I needed. The sales people were kind and considerate. I waited in line for a while but that is expected for the  holidays.
