My wife and I were at the store this afternoon. When we got home, she realized that she had lost her diamond necklace.  It had her original engagement diamond in it.  We retraced our steps and found that had been returned to the office there.  Really shows that there are honest people.   Thanks to Kohl’s for your service.

I went looking for a nice necklace for my wife to represent our two daughters and Carlene in jewelery was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. She took her time and helped me to find the necklace I was looking for. In the end she even helped me save an extra 20 % that I had no clue about (and I pride myself on knowing those things)..Thank You very much for your help Carlene.

The store is clean and well kept. But there's an overall lack of employees. We've gone three times now to look at jewelry during peak times of the day and there's been no one there to help. Even when we've been waiting over 15 minutes. There's often no one around to ask for help either... We often have to bother the cashier to find someone.

Yes we had a great time shopping at Kohl's today. yes we have been Loyal members of the Kohl's customer Family for 18 year's now and we enjoy our time together shopping for our home. yes we enjoy our visits to Kohl's Ocala Florida store.your loyal customers since 2001 Cowboy George and Linda and Cali.
