Extremely satisfied with the customer service at Lowe's. We are living in a digital/educated world these days. I would hope most are able to read and do a bit of your own research prior to making purchases. I was greeted in a timely manner and product was retrieved placed on a cart where I could checkout. Most information is out there and if you don't have internet to educate yourself on products open your eyes when your at the store and read the information that is presented to you on the price tags.

We went there to buy some screws in wood I wanted to check out something didn't know where to find it. An employer rounded the corner for the aisle I was on he was at the other end of the store and he still offered me help. He took me right to the product I was looking for and on the way managed to find my husband. It was a terrific experience. And please all veterans honorably discharged get a 10% discount anytime at Lowe's.

The staff is very friendly and eager to assist, without hounding shoppers. Found everything we needed. Received all the answers we needed for our indoor project!  Will definitely go back!

Lowes in OTOTW is amazing! They went above and beyond to help us today with our stove factory warranty replacement. We have been disputing with LG to replace our defective stove for almost 3 whole months of non-use. LG sent us to the wrong location first. The RTM clerk went out of their way to track down our information that LG never sent. Frank in appliances stayed late to make everything possible. We were sent to the wrong store first, so we were late. He knew what we had been through already and made this process as smooth as possible for us.  Thank you to him and Ms Gail for everything! This is truly a blessing to be able to cook on our stove again.

I only went into the garden center to look around while I waited for carry out from a restaurant, but I did find that they had a nice selection of plants and accessories, and they all looked well cared for....so I bought some.  I haven't been inside this particular store in a while, but as I remember, they had a better selection of in stock items that my home store (lady lake) didn't have.
