Always love going here. Nice clean store, friendly staff, healthy looking animals. Large selection of treats for cats and dogs and a huge selection of foods for them. Normally a good selection of live fish but lacking a bit on live plants for aquariums. The only thing I have a problem with is I only shop on the weekends and you can't get through the door or front of the store because of the pet adoptions going on. Now don't get me wrong I think it's great but I just need to run in and out and can't because I can't get in the door. Maybe rethink the location in the store for your regular customers. Oh and I love that my vet is in the same location! Thanks guys!

I wouldn’t give them a star. Came in for some Crickets for my Dragon, well usually they count the crickets when they give them to me. This time they didn’t, the lady took three scoops and said have a good day. Well it didn’t seem like there was enough in there for what I asked, so when I ask the manger about it she took one look and with a very rude attitude said I was wrong and that there was more in there then what I asked for. Well I just wanted to make sure so we asked if they would count them like they usually do and she rolled her eyes at me and said fine. She had the girl who gave me them take them all out of my container and count them. She had thrown them into a little bag and “started” to count them. She finished counting them in less then a min 1 and claims there was over 100 in there. Which there wasn’t. I said f*** it and left, then decided to count them at home. The girl and the manger were very rude to me and gave me an attitude the hole time. That was the last time I step foot into a PetSmart, I rather pay more at PetCo where they treat people kindly rather giving them an attitude. All I wanted was the right amount of crickets I asked for.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and nice. Especially my groomer, Britney. A very bubbly girl that obviously loves her job and gives it the care it deserves. My pup went from rugged to dapper and is so smitten with her. If you need a groomer, make sure you ask for her !!

Excellent advice, they truly care about your animal and take the time to ask questions based on my needs and budget when I go here. My golden retriever is a handful and yet they still treat him like they know and love him. The grooming department is stellar! If there was an option to put more than 5 starts I wouldn't think twice. Thank you guys!

Amazing customer service, to both pets and people. The staff is friendly and helpful as well as caring and informative. Fantastic experience with affordable prices.
