Great staff and selection. I do appreciate the fact that they almost always have everything in stock that is needed. If they do not they will check in back and see if they have more available for you. 
      When things go on sale they really, really go on sale and clearance as well. The staff is very helpful and knows where everything is located and happy to help you get products into your buggy. As far as their prices go I am hard-pressed to say that I have ever found pricing lower than Sam's on the internet. It is much easier to just go into the store checkout with the app and save money.

This is a great place to shop and try new things. They have great deals on products and the service is good.

The staff is pleasant and friendly.  However, COSTCO is better but since there is no COSTCO in Ocala, this will have to do.  The store is dated and the traffic surrounding it is horrible.  The store needs to be relocated to a better spot.

Sams club is all about savings and unique products. Though we have to to buy bulk, savings are realistic.

Usually we always have a great experience here. Today, my husband went to the customer service desk because he had lost his card. The member service rep, Trichelle, was less than stellar. No smile, very little eye contact, flat emote. Looking off in distance. He gave her his driver's license so she could check his status. She walked over to another spot to use a computer there, came back, gave him his card, held up the camera device to take his picture, and not once did she smile or act like she even wanted to be there. I reminded my husband that I needed a card too now that we were married. She heard me. Not even an acknowledgement for being newly weds. No smile at all. She didnt even ash us to smile or kook at the camera or nothing. Later, after visiting the bathroom, i headed to the service desk to let them know the women's bathroom needed attention. I saw Trichelle again, talking to another employee. I approached them both, making eye contact, and again Trichelle looked away into the distance and kept walking. Her coworker nicely acknowledged my presence and listened to my concern. Trichelle needs some serious customer service retraining!
