Prediction... this store is going down. Not sustainable..
too much overhead and too little value for the dollar. Over all shopping experience is not pleasant due to tight isles, item pricing and selection not readily available...isles in disarray and not tended to by associates. Couldn't even find a sales associate for help.  Kohls cash is a racket in my opinion....not to mention that the people who work there didn't even understand how it works!  Way easier and cheaper to shop on line! Brick and mortar stores like these are becoming obsolete... to me the writing is on the wall.

Place is truly amazing with fully stocked shelves...Variety for the entire family. The staff are friendly and ready to help you even when the store is crowded for the holidays or a sale is going on. Yes! This store gets very crowded at times but you must expect that when a place has amazing products with great prices and if you are like me and love sales than this is the place to shop.

Overall absolutely terrible customer service. There is one lady (in her 30's maybe?) who works in actual customer service & helped me on Black Friday who was extremely kind & wonderful... But overall customer service is an abomination here. Not to mention, every time I order more than 3 items online, Kohl's gets my order wrong, or misses part of my order, or doesn't put my order in the same bag so someone has to go searching for an MIA item... I order online more than I go to the store, so that's a lot of incorrect orders!

I took a feedback survey recently & complained about terrible customer service I received. The manager (Crystal) emailed me back & did not acknowledge the poor customer service that I received AT ALL. So, I'm not convinced this Kohl's cares about customer satisfaction and good customer service.

I really just went to this place for the first time to pick up some cologne. I had no intention of rating this place but I must say the lady behind the counter put in effort. The cologne I purchased came with a free duffle bag, but they had given them all away. I wasn't really concerned, but the woman that helped me went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. She found a little sample travel pouch and profusely apologized. It warmed the cockles of my heart to know that she was so concerned. This isn't a place I would really of considered shopping at normally, but every member of staff there was professional, courteous and made me feel very welcome.
