Went to return an online order that was perfect, just a size too small. The line in the back at the customer service desk was VERY long, but when I finally got to someone they said they couldn't help me and that I had to go to the jewelry desk to return the ring I had bought. Thankfully there was no wait once I got to the jewelry counter, but they should have a sign up or something letting people know that if they are returning fine jewelry, they have to return/exchange at the jewelry counter. Other than this, I love Kohl's (mainly online) but that's the reason for the 4 stars.

It's a typical chain store. They have most things you would need in housewares and clothing. I am disappointed in the men's dress clothes section. Not as young and slim as I used to be. It is hard to find nice dress shirts as the cater to the slim and fitted crowd it seems.

It's a friendly atmosphere. Nice staff and customers are decent. I would recommend it to any of my friends. Basic retail store.

After getting an item I ordered online that was severely damaged, the retail staff didn't seem to care enough to try to reorder me one at the same discount price I had purchased it before. Ended up just returning the item because customer service was sub par.
