I went to JcPenny Today and the lady that was in the jewelry department was amazing and so friendly. I needed a new battery for my husbands Fossil watch, the battery is a little tricky to change out, but she made sure it was working properly and did so in a timely matter. I didnt get the lady’s name but she is definitely someone that needs a pat on the back. You definitely do not get that type of service at other places.

Great prices for a department store. I guess they have to lower them because of plunging internet sales prices. If you're going to shop here you might be surprised by JCPenney's prices.

Stefanie and Drew who work in the Jewelry department are extremely unprofessional and rude. I was blown away to walk up after being disconnected not once but 3 times....to hear them laughing and making fun of us on the call. Stating we were wrong and just have to deal with it. At that time, they asked, if they could help us and we explained, we are the people from the phone call you are talking about. Drew left and would not show his face again. I am sure embarrassed and ashamed he was speaking about customers and was caught by that customer. Stefanie remained both in person and with a bad attitude. A very nice lady came up and asked if she could check on what we were stating to be true. Stefanie said sure (harshly) This lady resolved our issue (because we were correct). The unfortunate part is she allowed Stefanie to be the one to finish up our transaction. Stefanie would not let go trying over and over again to tell us how we are wrong. It does not matter who was right or wrong, we are the paying customers and had done our research and knew what needed to happen. JCPenny's has lost a life long client. It is not worth the argument with their staff. Disappointing customer service.

As a first time jcp salon guest, I was hesitant but I had a girl who was a perfect fit for me. Personality AND hair style. I hope she sticks around. Thank you Ashley Bergman ❤
