I came with a purpose & found what I was looking for. I browsed the store for a little bit, & found many more things I would've liked to buy. I did notice that the girls at Jewelry taking amongst themselves in another language, which comes across rude to others(I know this 1st hand because I speak other languages myself). Waited in line to pay, however during this trip the cashier was not friendly at all! She is very pretty & she had a pretty beautiful black headwrap, I wanted to compliment, but: I was not asked to come to her, she did not greet me, she did not speak loud enough for me to hear her & I wasn't offered any specials or anything. I at least got a your welcome at the end. Its deeply breaks my heart that retail stores are dying(i love shopping), but its even sadder that customer service is really a dying breed. I'll keep coming back, only because of the merchandise.

Kohls in Torrance is a two story dept. store. A Lot a variety of items and a very clean store. Restrooms are also very clean. I would definitely spend $$$ there if I needed it. I would recommend visiting it.
