I am a HUGE fan of Kohls and have been for over 10 years! I really like their sales but wish the prices were more realistic. There is not a hooded jacket with a regular price tag of $80 and then goes on sale for half price. More like a $40 jacket that should be like $25! But, I really try to stick to the Clearance racks,those are the best prices. They also carry some of the most comfortable brands like Lauren Conrad, Croft&Barrow, Sonoma, oh too many to name!!

I was not impressed with the clothing section or the lack of responsibility of the employees. There were clothes all over the floor. Employees didn't see an urgency about getting it cleaned up. Hopefully, no customers fell because of that mess. The rest of the store was decent. I truly think they tried to put way too many things in that store.

This store is always in a state of disarray. I would be embarrassed if I was in charge of this store. I can't believe employees just walk past hangers/clothes/trash on the floor and shelves. Disappointing too see as this used to be a very nice, clean store.

Retail assistant was very helpful and patient!  I was having trouble locating my Kohl's cash and she was very helpful.   In addition my husband thinks the Warsaw store has well trained staff and they're always play.

I ordered a belt online to avoid the hassle of the store but it was defective when I received it (no holes fornthe buckle). I tried to exchange it and was told my only options were to return it, or buy a new one online and come back to the store again to return the defective one once the new was received. I'm pregnant and due in 6 days and said that wouldn't work and was basically told too bad and they didn't care. So much for the conveneience of trying to order something online and expect to receive what you ordered without problem, or have the warsaw staff care their company was at fault with anything.
