Will not return due to the front office staff! Second time I have taken my son to this office. And it's the second time I had to wait more than an hour for them to confirm our dental insurance before being seen.  This time while I waited I called my insurance company who was able to confirm my coverage in under 1 minute, yet the front office took more then hour. After letting the front staff know of my dissatisfaction, they then tried to tell me it wasn't their fault and it was a system issue.  If it was a system issue, you had a copy of the same ID card I used to obtained the insurance company's phone number, you should have picked up the phone and called as soon as you noticed it was taking a long time for the verification.  As a working parent, as so many of us are, it's unfortunate that this office has no concern about time and is unwilling to take action when needed to help keep appointments on schedule! The staff in the back were GREAT both times, but I just can't afford to spend an extra hour for each visit to wait for the front staff to do their job correctly!

Very good dentist. My 2 boys have been there for cleanings, and the dentist is very thorough. She explains what needs to be done or any necessary referrals to an ortho doctor for my oldest son teeth.

Dr. Boone and Dr. Luck are exceptional!! They are super sweet and do amazing work. My daughter and I love them. ☺☺. Highly recommend them both

My kids have been going here for a few yrs now and I know my kids love coming here they love the play ground area here. I have one complaint and its when my 3 yr old came here for the first time to have a cavity taken care of it was the worst experience in my life. I just wanted to scoop him up and run out the door and the assistant was getting frustrated with him cause he was screaming amd would not sit still. Thankfully he was recommended to another dentist and he will continue to go there.

I was so happy with the level of care my son received at Kool Smiles. Not only were we seen in a matter or minutes after arrival for a cleaning and exam. My son had a cavity & needed a tooth removed and they did that as well. I was so grateful to have found such a denistry with exceptional customer service as well as professional dental care. Thanks Kool Smiles we truly are grateful we found you
