I have been a patient at Millwood Dentistry since 2010. I have had kind and professional service at all my appointments. My Husband became a patient last year and was pleased with his service. However, the woman at the front desk recently has been dry, curt and acts less than pleased to be at work. Today, I had to call and request to reschedule my appointment because my Son had pulled a muscle in his neck Saturday so he was unable to go to school Monday. My son was in terrible pain, it was not possible to drag him with me to my scheduled appointment at 11am. When I spoke with the woman at the front desk she was less than sympathetic, she was down right rude. She said "I'll reschedule you but there will be a $25 fee for canceling within 24 hours of your appointment." How can I cancel on a Saturday or a Sunday if the office is not even open. Am I suppose to be psychic and forsee that my child will be hurt on a Saturday and call and cancel my appointment on that Friday. Do they think I like to sit home and watch my child suffer. Patients should not be punished when there are extenuating circumstances and a child is involved. My husband and I will not be going back to Millwood Dentistry as long as Patients are punished for being good parents.

This doctor only has one assistant and will only fix your problem by having two appointments. One to exam another to fix no mater how small the issue. Will have nothing done if her assistant is sick and will use up your insurance coverage visits for nothing. Also bad attitude. Found another dentist who does it all at one time thank goodness.

I always have a positive experience going to the dentist here. My toddler just had his first ever visit to the dentist and it couldn't have gone better, they were great with him. I would recommend them to everyone!

Carla is awesome. Very friendly and a family oriented atmosphere. Definitely will recommend this place.
