I loved this office at first.... Then I accidentally missed my daughter's appointment and they dismissed the whole family... The receptionist was rude, hung up in my face. The dentist is amazing but his staff was not nice. They have double booked me changed appts and didn't call me with a reminder. This office can make mistakes but you can't! if you are a busy parent go somewhere else.

I have been taking my 2 kids to Dr. J for about a year and a half now. We have always had great experiences. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and his staff has always been very friendly. We’ve had bad experiences at other dental offices before we found him and now my children enjoy going to the dentist.

Love them so much. Dr. J is awesome with my boys and the ladies are all sweet and treat my kids so well.

My kids have been going to this practice for several years. I have grown accustomed to a very happy and upbeat environment and friendly staff that my kids have felt very comfortable going to despite their intense fear of dentists.  The office staff has always been phenomenal until my most recent visit. This last visit was enough to make me never want to step foot back in the doors and take my 3 kids elsewhere. 
I made sure to be there a few minutes early as always requested. When we walked in the girl at the front hardly acknowledged our arrival. She acted like she would rather die than be there and was more concerned with confirming appointments for other patients than checking me in. I was informed I had to pay up front (which has never been the situation) and I wasn't prepared. Got that handled sat down and waited. We were literally the only ones  I there and were left waiting well after our appointment time with no explanation as to why we weren't being taken back. My kids hate going to the dentist so having them wait so long created much anxiety. When we did get called back they didn't even call my kid the right name and everyone in the reception area who have in the past have been so pleasant couldn't be bothered by our presence. We were shuffled back to get started. They ignored my concerns about how my one child would handle it and it caused a massive scene. The girl seemed to be ready to just give up. The other hygienist finished my other child and then handled my screaming child because the other one all but quit when he got testy (which I warned would happen).
There has been a massive change in atmosphere in the last few months. I once truly enjoyed walking in the doors but it's just not the same anymore. It seems to be missing something, maybe his sweet wife who is no longer in there. We won't be back.
