I gave a call asking some questions about document process, the woman answering to my questions was very rude over the phone and then she hung-up. Shall we thank them giving us such the terrible experience?

Not helpful at all! Representative sounds annoyed when I tried to clarify questions on my application.

I just called for some questions. they were super nice about it and answered all my questions. Very satisfied with the phone service. Even the time I went in person last year, all the workers were very nice except one particular lady. Reviews should be taken case by case, clerk by clerk.

South Korea is the only country in the world to farm dogs for consumption. With the staggering number of 2.5 millions dogs per year being slaughtered, the dog meat trade is particularly brutal because it is unregulated. To protest this cruelty, we held our 3rd annual Boknal Dog Meat Protest at the Consulate General just outside the building. Each year there are 3 protests as a series to correspond with the 3 major days of massive dog meat consumption during the Boknal, or the "dog days of summer".
