We had a long day exploring the area, it was raining and cold. They welcomed us with a good meal, started with appetizers. The Shrimp Fondue was delectable! The Spicy Shrimp and Moz sticks didn’t disappoint either. Our server was attentive to our needs and brought our orders in quickly. Only giving 4 stars because the Shrimp Scampi didn’t meet our teenager’s expectations. Not Italian enough  We also had other seafood entrees that didn’t get photos since we were famished. All in all, the experience was better than most restaurants in the area, thank you! We will def be back.

So very disappointed! We live within 25-30 miles of the Milledgeville GA Ruby Tuesday. We haven’t been in a few months but decided to grab lunch. Wow! Were shocked and very disappointed!!! While the menu prices had skyrocketed, the quality of the food had plummeted. The condition and cleanliness of the restaurant has declined as well. We waited several minutes to even be greeted, much less be seated. We were ignored by two of the wait staff as they chatted, while we were fully in sight. Third waitress finally appeared after we had been there at least ten minutes, with only 9 other customers in the entire restaurant. Then the menu…then the food very small portions and microwaved entrees with bland tastes. I wish I had taken my phone into the restroom so I could post pictures of the filth. I was so surprised because this has not always been the case at this restaurant. Floors were sticky, toilets looked greasy, mirror had not been cleaned in forever, toilets looked dirty, bad smell no surprises there!! and corners were full of dust and debris. Toilet tissue dispensers were empty in two of the three stalls. Soap dispenser was nonfunctional. I took a few pictures…the first one is a dirty tray with crumbs, food laying on it as you walk in the front door next to hostess empty! station and salad bar. The others pix are of the $11.99 salad bar. It was so unkempt and dirty. Wondering what’s going on here but this place won’t last much longer! So sad.

Ruby Tuesday in Milledgville is one of my favorite places to go eat. Every time me and my friends go in there we always have great service! The manager is so nice always out on the floor talking with all the customers. The place is always clean.. Best salad bar in town. Food is always hot and amazing… I highly recommend this place..

Stopped in on a Sunday night, big draw was the salad bar.  Luckily it was still up and stocked.   The food outside of the salad bar, would not make me drive out of the way to go here.  We sat at the bar,  bartender was friendly and provided good service.  Like most of these chain restaurants, it doesn't look like they have done much to update them since they opened.

GREAT SERVICE!  VERY SATISFIED!  Best experience so far in this town! Ms. Emily gave the best service a customer could ask for! Very positive attitude. Highly recommend going to Ruby Tuesday and ask for Emily.  She will give you awesome service.

October 2021. What complaint can I have about Ruby Tuesday overall? Not one. Forward to April 13, 2022. I called and ordered ahead for my group of 4 because I was pressing for time and didn't want to leave Milledgeville without eating from the best salad bar I've had so far. I told the girl that we'd be dining in but I wanted to place ahead of time. We got in there and the manager came around and I told her that we'd already ordered ahead but will eat in.  We go to the salad bar and as two in my group continue talking, my attention goes towards hearing the manager talk about me . She's talking to the cook and telling him how it doesn't make sense and a couple of them are laughing including the cook.  I'm looking right at them through the window and able to hear the entire conversation. I got the attention of those with me to notice this lady talking about me. We sit and she eventually comes around. I tell her why we ordered ahead and also let her know that she was heard. A while later, she comes out trying to show herself friendly by advertising a Ruby Tuesday limited time birthday cake made by Buddy Valastro. At that point, who cares? She talks about the customer to the employee in front of all the employees in the back and is not aware of being heard although she considered herself inaudible to me by being in the kitchen. This terrible managerial skill didn't change my point of view for Ruby Tuesday's salad bar but it definitely did about her.

My server Caleb was fantastic he had about 6 tables he was working & handled it well & I let the Mgr know it.  The bbq chicken street nachos were absolutely delicious also. The Mgr did come around to see how everything was, which was a nice touch to my overall experience.  I give it a 10.  Parking: Great

We ate dinner here tonight and everything was wonderful.  The staff was warm and friendly and the food was delicious.  We don’t have a Ruby Tuesday near us so we were so excited to find one and it did not disappoint.

We ordered from the 2 for $24 menu.  Our plates consisted of a half rack of ribs and a small baked potato each.  We were charged $24 plus $5 each for “upgrade”.  So our 2 for $24 ended up costing $34.  Our waitress and a manager tried to explain the charges to me, but I don’t think either of them knew what they were talking about.  Their explanation made no sense whatsoever.  Needless to say, we will not be back anytime soon.  Ed Dominy

Getting a table was slow despite the fact that the restaurant was nearly empty. Service was good once we were seated, though.  Food was what you would expect, with no complaints.
