This location has drastically declined from its previous luster in the last few months. Of the last 4 visits, only 1 has been positive. A couple of the waitresses are wonderful, but the one who’s constantly the bartender (bald, middle-aged) is extremely rude and a terrible server. I hope to be speaking to the actual manager soon because this used to be such a nice location.

The food and drinks were great from start to finish! We ordered the Blazing Berry Sangria, Brisket Nachos, The 12oz Ribeye, the 12 oz Prime Rib, corn on the cob, and salad. I was very satisfied with this meal! I will definitely return!

If you're after a cheap but decent quality steak look no further. Generally speaking, the meat tends to be more on the fatty side and I end up carving over half whenever I go. I would recommend the Steakhouse Mac & Cheese over pretty much anything else as it's probably the best item on the menu. Wait staff is generally hustling around and seem short staffed, but still get orders right and stay friendly. Overall a decent experience.

We are here for Mother's Day again this year, 2017, and this year was MUCH better than when we came for Mother's Day some years ago. Everyone knows that restaurants are always packed, for Mother's Day, and you know to expect a long wait on holidays like this. But coming to Longhorn this time was a very nice and pleasant change. The place was packed, but we still got in, in less than a hour. Looked like they had staff all over the place. It didn't take long to get our food. My steak was a little more rare than I asked for, but it wasn't bad. I was very pleasantly surprised and shocked at how well the experience was here that day. I was quite happy that things went so smooth. KUDOS to Longhorn. Thank you very much for such an unexpectedly nice, experience.

Our server, Destiny, was attentive, not overbearing, pleasant and professional. Another young man, although I dint know his name (I should've asked) added humor to an otherwise not so good experience. My daughter and I ordered Lamb Chops, she said gets were good, but mine were tough. I literally had two wilted spinach leaves on on top of my mashed potatoes. My daughter asked me not to say anything, but the guest next to us received a much larger portion when she requested something other than broccoli. The waitress asked the chin to send out a "to go" portion and both (the portion I originally received PLUS the "Let me fix it" portion didn't equal the other guests amount. I was upset because I like spinach. It took almost 1/2 hour for my daughter to get the drink she ordered; we had to ask a manager. I'm not a first time customer, but this was definitely an off night. Not at all pleased.
