Staff pleasant and professional. No pressure. I walked in knowing which vehicle I wanted to lease. In addition, l "built" my vehicle online and found the exact vehicle in stock at Kuni. All I had to do was come to an equitable agreement and then sign all of the paperwork. The hardest part was getting in touch with my wife to get her "permission" to go ahead with the deal!
I rate the staff at 5 stars, especially the sales rep Alex. He went the extra step of driving my old vehicle home so I could take my new car that day. I would have rated the entire experience 5 stars except vehicle prep was mediocre. There was hardly any gas in the tank and there was no charge in the battery (the vehicle was a Volt and had only seven miles on it). In addition I picked up the vehicle in the evening, so did not get a good look at it. The next morning I noted a small nick in the paint on the driver's door.  Alex did promise me a full tank of gas next time I stop by, and I will see how quickly the paint issue is dealt with. Overall, very satisfied with the experience.

I just bought a brand new Cadillac yesterday and the process was pretty smooth. No pressure. Down to earth and my gal Angela knew her Cadillac features. She fought for me and worked with me on a great price between her and the GM. That's not even counting the free pies they were giving away lol. But seriously, she knows her cars, tech savvy and very cool laid back sales type like me. I would def buy again and I am actually sending my uncle to her it was so smooth. The finance manager was very humorous as well and no pressure on up selling items.

My experience with Kuni Cadillac/Chevrolet was fantastic! It really couldn’t have gone more smoothly or seamlessly. From their website, which was easy to navigate and search for the right vehicle, to my test drive and purchase...I couldn’t have had a better experience. 
Their prices are very competitive, their certified cars are put through a 172 point inspection, and  my sales representative, Luke, was friendly, knowledable and allowed me the time and space I needed to make my decision. I never felt any pressure. 
Israel was my finance associate and extremely helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain everything, without pressuring me to purchase additional options. Both Luke and Israel were awesome! I would send my friends and family to them anytime!

After Car Searching for a month i finally Purchased my New Cadillac Escalade from FELIX at Kuni Cadillac Chevrolet were i got the BEST DEAL out of all of Northern California. I was treated with Honesty and Respect from Start to Finish by Felix and the Kuni staff! ''Amazing Friendly Great People to work with! So if your looking for the "BEST DEALS"  I recommend everyone to go visit Felix at Kuni Cadillac Chevrolet

Yesterday I bought a 2017 Cadillac ATS from salesman Cordero Swanson.  He was very friendly and helpful in showing to me what was available. The negotiation process went very well with no pressure and he was willing to consider my request. The agreement was complete in a relatively short amount of time. While waiting there were refreshments if desired. The finance process with Ron Thomas went more quickly than expected. Ron made the process pleasant,  I recommend purchasing a vehicle from Kuni Cadillac and both of these men!
