My initial experience with Zoom Motors was very pleasant, I had a good interaction with the associate salesman, Daniel, and was optimistic about purchasing the vehicle. However, once we had agreed to a price and I got the vehicle inspected they refused to honor the price we had agreed to because Daniel's manager, Mike, went back on the deal. Through many conversations with multiple employees at the outfit it was apparent that untrustworthy salesmanship and scamming customers is the moto of the company. The inspection report revealed some issues that they had neglected to disclose up front, after I sent them this report they tried to discredit the report and then never called or emailed me back. I called them after 5 days of waiting and sending multiple emails only to learn that they had already sold the vehicle. Communication is a major struggle for this outfit, most used card dealers I work with do a great job of following up and over communicating but Zoom Motors has a major issue with followup and being straight forward with their customers. I wasted about 16 hours of my time traveling to see the vehicle in person and $180 in vehicle inspections trying to purchase a vehicle from this outfit that otherwise would have been an easy sell for them as I was an eager customer. I highly recommend that everyone avoids this dealership.

We bought a 2003 Dodge 3500, Garnet Red, in July, remember this one Mike? "If any truck on our lot that I would buy, this is the one, its the best truck on our lot", yada yada yada. Well this week our son is spending $4200 having the NV4500 5 speed transmission rebuilt. Input shaft is shot, the main gear cluster is cracked in its entire length. All the guts of the best truck on our lot, transmission, are being replaced. Despite all the Carfax BS.
His buddies give him a hard time  he babies it wherever he goes, so don't blame him. It was his baby. Congratulations Mike and Boss, you took us good. Thanks.

We had a good experience here at first but it all went downhill from there. We had agreed on a price and when we came back to finish the paper work and buy the truck they came back with a completely different number and when we asked to split the difference they told us that "an extra $500 won't hurt us" we really liked the truck because we thought it had been taken care of really well but upon further inspection we noticed that they had painted the underneath of the truck to make it look newer and in better condition. Mike the manager/owner is a scammer so beware!!

Purchase a truck here several months ago. I am still waiting for the Title, Registration and Plates. My local DMV has had to print another temporary so I can drive the truck. If you want to spend money on a vehicle then have a big hassle with the staff about getting the documentation then these guys will help you out.
