I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with a gentleman named Tony from wholesale parts, and I must say his customer service skills put concord BMW to SHAME! He was friendly fast, VERY knowledgeable, and an overall pleasure to speak with. This dealer is fortunate to have found such an employee and I hope he is treated well. Amazing service, exceeded all expectations and would recommend to family and friends. As a new mom buying a car was daunting the process however was quick and easy even with a trade in. Can not say enough good things about the helpful staff. Will be returning for not only for maintenance but for any future purchases as well.

I came to pickup my ordered items at 5:59pm (close time 6:00pm)and they sold them to me without any questions! Great customer service! Thanks

I had an amazing experience. I really cant thank Jeremy enough for all he have done for me. He was amazing and very helpful. He went above and beyond and i really can say that he really cares about his costumers and makes sure they are happy regardless. I used to go to Concord but from now on i will only come here and i will make sure he is my advisor.

Mark, Gary, and Greg were so great to work with.  They made the whole leasing process so easy. The finance manager was also really great too.  It has been a long time since I have had such a smooth car purchase like this.  Make sure you see this team if you are in the market to lease a new BMW.
