Welcome to Kareem Auto Sales! Your premier local dealer for gently used Cars, Trucks, SUV's and Minivans! We know that times are tough so our goal is to offer you the best value possible and that's achieved by selling superior vehicles at lower prices while providing world class customer service. We feel that in this economy there’s no room for excess. Unlike many of our colorful competitors we have drastically eliminated our overhead which we believe will serve our community better by keeping costs down and passing the savings to the customer.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went there a couple days ago to look at a truck I saw online. I wanted to take it for a test drive and before he would go get the keys, he asked me if I was comfortable with the price. No other dealership I've ever been to has asked to negotiate the price for a test drive. I will NEVER do business here again. This was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a car dealership. I ended up getting a way better truck from a REAL dealership.

Anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle at Kareem Auto Sales in Sacramento must ask for Angelo and also have a talk with Sal. These two guys are remarkable and changed the way I think about buying a vehicle from a used car dealership. I did a long research prior to my trip from out of state and Angelo made my car buying experience very outstanding . He was very accommodating yet gave me plenty of time to make a decision and allowed me to inspect the vehicle on my own (unlike others who tail you all the time). The atmosphere at Kareem was pleasant. There was no pressure and the staff didn’t seem stressed out thanks to Sal’s management style. The process of getting my truck was pain free and when I took it to Toyota for a multi point inspection I was very pleased when they said everything checked out and there was nothing wrong with my truck which is quite a relief. I will buy my wife her next vehicle at Kareem Auto Sales and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best deal in town.

You know what?  I loved this place.  A couple of years ago, I decided to buy a used vehicle and in doing so, in my usual overkill method, I researched everything related beforehand, right down to the local dealers.  While I know it is not surprising to see a few, if not several negative reviews from persons who bought a used car cause everybody is a complainer, but when it came down to deciding which, if any, used car dealerships would be less apt to try and screw me, I chose Kareem as worthy of looking into based solely on the kind and thorough response they submitted after a woman complained about (whatever it was).  So I walked in there with my list of preferred vehicles along with my checklist of items to go over before purchasing one.  The dealer's name was Mike.  Well Mike was impressed with my checklist and as we examined the available cars that matched my preferred list, he was happily and carefully performing my requested tasks and checking them off one by one. (ie:  Checking fluids, hoses, frame, looking underneath, etc..). I had like 20 things on my list.  We spent the whole day together and I test drove a few and I finally decided on a 2006 Toyota Scion.  BEFORE I GO FURTHER:  I want you to know that ALL of the vehicles he put through my checklist, which I think were a total of 4, ALL passed my "inspection."  In any case, the buying and paperwork process was crazy easy too.  I never felt hurried or pressured, the dealer was charming and patient and end result:  I've had my Scion for 2 years now and I love it still!  I haven't had even one little problem with it.  So there ya go.  Kareem Auto Sales is my referral for anyone looking for a good used car and friendly service. - Kathy Smith

Well what I will say at this point is Kareem auto does have friendly and non pushy auto salesmen.  Angelo was good!   We first bought a Mercedes Benz 2007 a couple years ago.  Car ran good and still does.  Recently we bought a 2004 F150 truck.   Had a slight problem with some hesitation to start.  We contacted them and was able to take it to their mechanic and problems isn't there anymore.    I do expect and hope nothing else will go wrong, and will update later.

Great cars... The staff there are really sweet very professional... I love dealing with them ... Huge variety for everyone.... Excellent price ranges...
