Buying a car from Lexus of Sacramento was truly an excellent, easy, and friendly experience.  We shopped for over a month before buying... Our salesman followed up during that time period, but was never pushy.  He worked hard to get us the best pricing, and has followed up after the purchase.  The entire staff at Lexus of Sacramento has welcomed us to their family... And, we love our new car, Lexus IS200t.

My entire experience with Lexus of Sacramento has been superb. Don, my sales person was excellent and went above and beyond for me to feel comfortable with my purchase.  The delivery specialist was wonderful and patient.  He made sure I understood just how to operate key features of my new car.  The service people were wonderful when I brought the car in to have the coating applied.  I give it a 10 (out of 5)

My experience at Lexus of Sacramento has always been satisfactory with every visit. I always look forward to conversing with Nick Cruze and the general manager. It's like a family affair. The entire staff are most hospitable. I'm never in a hurry to leave. I have a good relationship with the best technician, Kevin. His skills are impeccable. I look forward to my visits. It has to be the best Lexus dealership in the state and I have visited many in the USA. I travel a lot. Five plus 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟!!!

Exceptionally, Superb Service by all standards.  We always comment, after visiting, how gracious and hospitable they make us feel each and every time we have done business with them.... every single person  that we have had the pleasure of working with since forming a relationship, with them, a year ago when we purchased our first Lexus. I recommend them highly, the purchase was just what we wanted at a great price..We have been extremely impressed with their service. Our Sales Associate, Jim Carpenter made the experience very pleasant. We left feeling good about the experience. Oh, and you'll be surprised how relaxed we were from beginning to the end, and this was a spontaneous purchase.

This place has been great providing services for my vehicle. The staff here are super knowledgeable and courteous. I have never had any problems with my vehicle and I bring my vehicle here for service all the time. Christina Carson is especially great!
