I've been a member for 2 years now at this location. I like the cleanliness overall of the facility. I do notice that the paper towels are not always filled and that I never see the vast majority of the members wipe down their machines. I think there should be more effort thru signage to encourage doing so. Pool is great. Jenny's yoga is sensational. Overall great place.

I love this gym! It's never too busy. The classes are great. Locker rooms are really clean. The juice bar is tasty!

Decided to try a free day pass at this LA Fitness location. I received my e-mailed free day pass and drove to the location. Walked in the door and was told that it takes 24 hours to process a free pass? Nowhere does it say that I needed to wait 24 hours in the email I received. So of course, they rejected me and said that nobody to handle the situation was available at the moment, so I could wait at least an hour to talk to them. Guess I won't be getting an LA fitness membership or a decent workout in today.

Only ONE person of all the people that work there can cancel your contract. You are told to fill out a form online, print it and bring it with you between 9 to 5 to the magical Operations Manger (who may be there or not, they won't tell you). Finally you get hold of the manger and he tells you he can't do anything since you filled out the form online (AS YOU WERE DIRECTED)... You have to mail it in! Horrible business practice... Designed to f' you.
