**NOTE; THIS LOCATION IS NOT 24/7, IT'S 24/5. THEY CLOSE AT 9PM FRI - SUN Lots of equipment, in excellent, well maintained conditioned. This gym is remarkably clean, including the men's locker room. They should be commended for that. It's as pretty spacious training floor as well. Plenty of parking. My only gripe was there were no tall lockers. Those half sized lockers are difficult to fit very much stuff into.

Brightly lit, clean, well kept mechanically and friendly staff. TV's abound if you're a cardio doer; smaller, but equally well kept free weight section as well as the latest equipment - all at a reasonable price.

Went to the new one on Bald Hill Rd. Was told I couldn't keep my personal items with me. I didn't have a lock with me because I am use to the Post Rd Panet Fitness who have small lockers with built-in locks. I asked if I could keep my personal stuff with me this one time and will have to bring a lock next time. Was told NO that MOST LIKELY my stuff will be fine. REALLY???? I WON'T RETURN TO BALD HILL ROAD GYM!! Go to Post Road Gym. Much better place!!

This facility is by far the best that I have seen. It's very big and spacious, so you don't feel as though people are hovering. The staff is incredibly friendly, the equipment is excellent and the changing rooms/showers are always immaculate. I love that it's 24hrs simply because my schedule fluctuates. I do wish they would extend the weekend hours, even if they opened at 6 a.m. instead of 7 a.m. Other than that, it's a great place to workout!

Signed up online for black club membership, received the regular membership keychain card, none of the pf black card stuff i.e. bag shirt water bottle. Which while cheesy is promised when you sign up for it! Also asked to use the red light therapy booth, The same staff member said the booth was ready to go and set timer at desk. Meanwhile I stand for 12 minutes like an idiot in the therapy booth with normal lights blaring on for nothing. After mentioning this to the staff member that the machine might not be working i'm told " you have to set it " HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW??!! There's no instructions nor did the staff member offer to show me how it works. Which you would think they would do on something like that..wasn't told I should wear eye protection either so that was great to find out second hand as well. After all this I go to grab a water from the cooler and she asks me to pay full price, yet another part of black club membership I got screwed out of. All in all these are minor gripes and grievances which i didn't allow to ruin my workout. But im not thrilled with my first day on "the planet".
