They charged my account 3 times in a month! Also, why in 2018 can’t I cancel my membership online?? Why do I have to go in person?! It doesn’t make sense that I can start a membership online, but can’t cancel one. They said it’s a binding document that requires my signature to cancel, yet I didn’t have to sign to begin my membership. Also have they ever heard of digital signatures?? I WILL get a refund.

I moved in Dearborn in January 2018, and because this was the only available gym near me I gave it a try. To be fair staff is friendly and they are cleaning all the time, members aren't making the job easy so if it is not clean it is usually the member's fault. Now to talk about the workout experience itself, if you are a beginner or just going there to do some cardio and light weights you will like it (if you found the machines you want available which became so hard) They have the lunk alarm, it is a siren that goes off when someone drops the weight or wear a tank top or brings a jug of water, I have seen all these at the gym, and the ones that drop the weights are either beginners or show offs, so expect while working out and focusing to hear this siren to change your mood or scare you. There are no free bars, squat racks, there are only 5 smith machines, and they are always busy, people use them for chest, back, calves, or just as a pull up machine in order to impress their partners or just show off, and even when you are trying to use the machines, most of the member's are laid back and using their phones on the machines and when you ask them when they will be done they say 3 more sets, and you have to stand near them so they get it over with and finish, their should be an alarm for that, don't you think? The free weights are 60 pounds dumbbells max. I have seen some weird people in there, just because it is a "judgment free zone" doesn't mean to be a jerk. So in summary, staff is super helpful and friendly, machines are always busy even at midnight, no more bench press or dead lifts, and if you found a smith machine and did dead lifts expect the lunk alarm to ring and people staring at you.

I go to this planet fitness the most after my "home gym". Facility is always clean (main part of gym, equipment, locker room, tanning area). Staff has always been very attentive and been able to help me whenever I needed. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good place to workout.

Not too busy when I go at 4AM but usually a mess. Can be difficult to find weights as they are usually scattered. Staff is friendly and it gets the job done for what I'm looking for.

Go to the NEW crunch instead, trust me. Stay away from this place. I went for a quick work out at night and no one was at the front desk. I went outside and the security car was empty with the lights on...so I went back inside and waited a total of 20min before someone finally showed up.... it had a very unsafe vibe and a criminal could easily walk up in there since no one is watching... when i brought this up to management the next day, he didnt care, so i cancelled my membership. I believe there is something shady going on here and should be investigated.
