Excellent gym with plenty of weight equipment.  Dumbbell sets up to 200 lbs and real iron weights throughout.  Was in here early on a weekend and it was not crowded but could see it getting packed during peak hours. 
 Looking forward to my next visit to family in the area to workout here again.

Was a good gym before a powerhouse down the street closed. Now the gym is over sold. No room to do anything and it’s always busy. No parking and whatever equipment you want to use is being used. Maybe they might go back to being open 23hrs a day and that might help with the overcrowding they definitely have the money for it with the new business as well as the need . Talked with a few regulars we are Giving it a month or so and if its still packed we will have to unwillingly change gyms.

Spending  3 days in Detroit, looking for a gym equipped for a b.b. w.o, this was perfect. Good size,  with every machine for leg/shoulder, back/bicep, chest/ tricep. Lots of cardio equipment including step climbers. Charlie keeps the place spotless. JUST right for a good work out. $10 a day charge. Loved it!!

Nice clean gym. Nice equipment too. Only drawback, it's a little small. Lots of equipment crammed into a little space.
