I am 41 years old and started getting facials at the age of 16. Out of all my experiences this is by far the best facial I have ever had. Mary is a first class esthetician. the service provided is exemplary. I will never go anywhere else.

Feel like a prince or a princess and this amazing spa. Nosh on fruit and water in the lounge in between your massage and pedicure.

COULD NOT BELIEVE WE PAID OVER $400 FOR A 50 MINUTE SPA AND 20 REFLEXOLOGY APPT. THE WAITING AREA WAS TINY AND OUTDATED. THE LOCKER ROOM REMINDED US OF AN OUTDATED FITNESS CENTER GYMS. THERE WAS ONLY ONE WORKING SHOWER. THE SMALL STEAM ROOM HAD RUST SPOTS ON THE FLOOR BY THE DRAIN.  THE FOUR OF US WERE SAD TO SPEND THE DAY HERE...WE JUST CAME BACK FROM THE SPA AT THE RITZ IN CAYMAN ISLAND WHICH WAS BEAUTIFUL.. WHAT WAS IS THE RITZ NYC THINKING !!!!
