Samantha Maelen was amazing for my triple oxygen facial! My skin looked amazing which can be rare after a facial bc my skin is so sensitive. Will be going back very soon.

Complete waste of money. They kept me waiting for half hour then only gave me a 60 minute massage when I had a 90 minute massage scheduled. The massage itself was a complete joke. It was like somebody was stroking me with a feather the whole time. The worst 'massage' I've ever had. Seriously. Such a waste of money and time. I will never go here again. #sad

Complete waste of money. Over 60 bucks on a manicure that is covered with bubbles on every nail an hour after I got home. Too many good nail salons for much cheaper in ny. Don't waste your time or money

I was gifted a 75 minute massage. The therapist was nearly 20 minutes late in getting me from the men's locker room and rushed through the massage, only giving me a 50-60 minute massage. Afterwords, there was no hot water in the locker room shower. The front of house staff was lovely, but a massage is meant to be relaxing, not stress inducing.

Came in on short notice to have my belly waxed for a photo shoot and, though the staff were pleasant, I ended up with an unsightly, extremely uncomfortable rash that still hasn't gone away after four days. Needless to say, the photo shoot had to be postponed and I am left wishing I would have simply used a razor at home.
