I have been here thrice with their package of 3 customize facial. I was attended by a Russian girl who was very good and knew what she was doing. She would do great job as well make great conversations. Among the 3 branches I have tried of this chain I highly recommend this one and if I had not moved to queens would have continued to come. Thank you for your services. I give one star less as they sometimes push a little too much to buy their services and wait time on phone was always very long.

I started doing facial sessions with Joana and she is just amazing! For a long time I couldn't find a right person to do a proper extraction and to really clean my face skin and do the facial completely and professionally. But she is doing really really great job and I can highly recommend her as she is excellent!

Sadly this was a very bad experience. I bought a Gilt City gift card and used it for a facial awhile back that wasn't good. I had $16 remaining and called twice to ask if I could use it toward product since the last service was terrible. Two ladies said that wasn't a problem. I went there tonight and the manager refused to apply the gift card to product. She was extremely rude during the whole process. I will never go back here when there are 1000 other more professional spas in the City.

I never write bad reviews, but I couldn’t help myself in this situation. This place is The WORST! Went here from a Groupon purchase for a personalized facial. While there I was told it’s spa week and I asked the what she recommended for my face, the girl ‘aesthetician’ suggested a chemical peel. I figured she knew what she was doing so I did the chemical peel. When I went to check out, was told they have facial packages which I purchased 6 additionally bc I expected great results and wanted to have perfect skin for my wedding. I was told that the burning was normal and I would see results in 3 days, I waited a little longer than the 3 days and the only thing I noticed was that my face was stripping and white and ashy toward the bottom of my face. I am black and dark skinned so I don’t believe it was done correctly and/or that was a bad recommendation for my pigmentation. My face was NEVER like this prior to this facial. I was panicking esp because my engagement party was a few days later. I called in 6 days to inform them that my face was not what I expected and the next day was my engagement party. They wanted me to come in to check out my face and I was unable because I had a full day booked for hair, Nails etc to prepare for my party, thankfully I had a makeup artist who was able to cover my newly stipping face thanks to this place SKIN SPA UES. At this point I was/am livid and asked for a refund. I told them I would come in the next week bc I’m only off on Fridays which I did and all they did was take my info down, did not check out my face bc I fully asked for a refund. They told me they have a ‘no refund policy’ which was NEVER mentioned to me at time of purchase(they claimed the signed were up and I should have noticed) and that I signed some contract which I DID NOT saying there’s no refund. They also said my receipt says no refund which it DOES NOT. I asked if I could speak to anyone in uppermanagement and the ‘manager’ Nivin said she will forward my request to corporate and that she would call me to follow up, Tuesday. Tuesday came and she never did so I called Wednesday and was told they would have her call me when she got in in the afternoon which she NEVER did. once called me, I called a few different times. All in all, I don’t want a refund for the Fxed up ‘chemical peel’ of which they performed. I want a refund for the remainder of the facials (5) I purchased which I will not being going back there after this rigmarole. Today was my first time calling for this week and I was told that ‘corporate’ decided I would NOT get a refund. Not only is that terrible and disappointing but why didn’t anyone call me to inform me of this? I’m in customer service and upper management and this is not how you treat customers( would have been fired in my business) So I will inform every person I know and will spread it to all my social media bc this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve made an appt with my dermatologist as well as started an investigation with my bank to try to get my money back because I will never use this establishment again. They suggested ‘giving it as a gift to a friend’ the nerve of them! I waited to write this review thinking they would have done the ‘right thing’ because I am the CUSTOMER, I gave them the benefit of the doubt to fix it but they refused. So please don’t waste your money and time with this business, they will F you over! -signed UNVALUED CUSTOMER

Been here a couple of times, and front desk service sucks. I either get someone who is rude, has an attitude or not helpful. So far the only front desk employee who has been really nice and helpful has been Jennifer. All others are horrible. My boyfriend recently bought me a package of Forma (Neck Area) which is not cheap. He bought as a package deal during spa week. Since I don't make much money he wanted to treat me and I have baby which all my funds go to. I go to check out and the front desk female (I wish I got her name) states to me service was $418 so you have to give a 18% to 20% tip based on the price. Then she goes you have that right? If you don't ATMs are downstairs. An 18% - 20% tip is between $75 - $83 for a service that was 40 minutes of a metal rod being passed on my neck, nothing special. One, the service was not $418 because it was bought as a package of 4 so the price came out less than that for each treatment. Two, this is a weekly treatment. So weekly you would have to shell out an additional $75-83 dollars in tips for a metal rod being passed on your neck!. That is outrageous! After my package is over I doubt I will be coming back. Tips are what you can contribute at the moment they shouldn't be forced especially an outrageous amount. Not everyone can afford close to a hundred in tips weekly. Skin Spa, not everyone that walks thru that door is made out of money. Some people just make an honest living and sometimes want to feel good about themselves. Making them feel degraded is not part of a spa experience.
