The king suite is very spacious. Elevator situation is lacking; long wait and it's a little rocky/bumpy. Stairs are conveniently placed though. Pool was fun for the kids and us as well. Vending and ice machines on every floor is appreciated; we've been to hotels where they have only one ice machine and a little "convenience store" in the main lobby. Hotel is near mamy restaurants and stores. Overall, I would stay again.

Me and my boyfriend had arrived on Friday evening intending to stay one night for a late Valentine’s Day celebration, we had a problem with a lock on the door that the overnight worker wouldn’t attend to, we brought it up to management the next day and they upgraded us in one of the biggest suites they had for the night and intended to charge us for only one night. Saturday evening we were walking in and there was what I was assuming a wedding party, and someone got a little out of control and we seen a little inappropriate situation, the front desk attendant immediately removed the gentleman from the hotel. We went to check out this morning and the front desk attendant from last night told us she took $30 off our room for what had happened last night. WE ARE NOT ONE BIT UNIMPRESSED! Hotels can get crazy but they were immediately attentive to it and very generous! PLANNING TO SPEND OUR ONE YEAR THERE IN MAY ☺️☺️☺️ Don’t read this thinking they’re crappy, it was a weekend and the workers accommodated very well to the crazy issues! Highly recommend staying there they genuinely care about their guest!

I love it! Clean room, very comfy bed, good breakfast and friendly staff. One of the best hotels I've stayed!

My family enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Pool was clean. Breakfast was standard but fine. The location is fantastic. Close to I94 and I494/ 694. Many stores and restaurants within a mile radius. Will stay here again for sure.

Service and rooms where very nice. The woman working breakfast was so nice and very helpful while I was making a ate for myself and little girl
