I was quite impressed with the cute and contemporary look of the entire hotel. But within 10 minutes of being in our suite, I discovered the toilet overflowed a disgusting amount of another guest's leftovers. The manager gave me not one but two plungers, and informed me that she didn't know what else to do! I told her it needed to be plumbed professionally. She shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know what else to do, and handed me the plungers. Unbelievable! At that point, my partner said, "No. We are not responsible for fixing an overflowing toilet that was not functioning well when we arrived.  Can you switch us to a different suite?" And fortunately, she was able to accommodate us.  The rest of was smooth sailing.

location wise the hotel was hard to get into. but other than that it was a great area. long stay there is a whole foods right next door. as far as the rooms go they were nice. service was great all the staff were friendly too.

Modern and chic. Comfortable and beautiful. I've only gotten the studio one king size room with full kitchen and it's just lovely. You can watch Netflix I've stayed here about 4 times. The only con is getting to the hotel, the setup is sort of a headache, too many loops and twists and turns but other than that. Staff is nice and accomadating. I've only had the complimentary breakfast once but it was solid, obviously not too notch as you would get at a restaurant but tasty and many options !.

Very nice clean rooms... 
Staff were warm and polite...
The Breakfast Buffet was Great, my kids loved the mini waffles and fresh fruit.
The pool and pool area could have been warmer.

This is a great hotel to be at. Friendly staff evening reception Monday-Wednesday 6-9pm great food. Rooms are amazing especially the one bedrooms which was made for a King and a Queen. I love this hotel and they is no other hotel I rather be at then Residence Woodbury.
