Story

The Sheraton St. Paul Woodbury Hotel opened its doors in July 2008. The hotel is located at the Eastern gateway to the Twin Cities metropolitan area at interstate 94 and 494.

Awesome customer service!  I worked with Jovanna to block rooms for a wedding - she was absolutely fabulous!!!  She communicated often about the numbers and even checked in with me right before the event day.  There was a small issue with the suite we reserved for the bride and groom and she made it right!  She not only moved them to a new suite but they took care of the room for us - absolutely above and beyond.  I will be recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a room!

Have stayed here multiple times both before and after their recent remodel. They are always very friendly and helpful with requests such as a specific kind of tea for your room or an extra towel or two. After the remodel the rooms look fresh and are a pleasure to stay in. I'm also in love with the Downlite pillows they have here to the point that I bought some for my bed at home! I've stayed on the club level here a few times and really enjoy their breakfast and evening snacks, although if you get there late sometimes it can be a little dried out or picked over. Overall though I love this hotel and it has become my go to when I am traveling to the cities for the weekend! I'll update my review with some photos of the remodeled rooms too.

If I could give this hotel no stars I would. Showed up for a room we reserved 3 months ago and the girl working refused to look us up in the computer and stated all the rooms had been taken. After explaining we had reserved the room 3 months prior and had paid for it she said she didn't care, the rooms were full. She claimed many people had came in that night and had to leave because they "sold off" people's rooms that were already paid for. She would not let me talk or try to figure out what happened. She kept clapping her hands at me and saying she didn't have to explain anything to me. I asked for her manager and she replied, "there ain't no manager." She then turned around and slammed the back room door. The girl working was so insanely rude and irate she was swearing at us and repeatedly talking over us anytime we tried saying anything. We tried 10 different hotels and finally were able to find a super 8 with one room available. Expedia refunded us the money but stated the hotel told them we never showed up for our reservations and that the hotel didnt want to refund us our money. Mind you, we even called the day prior just to confirm the room. They stated everything was good and the room was paid for and reserved. We stated to them that we would be checking in at night. They said that as long as we were there before midnight we were good. (We tried checking in at 10:30pm) Never again would I even remotely consider staying in that hotel. Worst business and customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

The hotel and staff where absolutely amazing! Close to gas stations and stores. Rooms where kept clean and where relaxing to stay in. And the food for the 5th floor guests was delicious!

The room is amazing. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Only thing holding it back from 5 stars is that the breakfast buffet was really lacking for the cost.
