This La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery was truly amazing to my family. Let me explain. We wanted to purchase a new recliner for my 92-year old mother-in-law who, because of spinal stenosis and hip issues sleeps in a chair instead of a hospital bed. The first chair didn’t work because she wasn’t strong enough to operate the lever. We went back, explained the situation to Steve and he worked with us to have another chair that operates with a remote control delivered in time for Christmas. No, this didn’t quite work either because my mother-in-law felt unstable getting up out of the chair. No problem-Steve was on it! He worked with us to get a lift chair for her. Each time Steve gave us a generous deal and not once did he charge a pickup/restock fee. My family has been so impressed with his kindness toward us in making sure his product truly met the needs of our loved one. Thank you, Steve. God bless you and your business. It reminded me of how business used to be handled decades ago.

My family has been shopping at La-Z-Boy for 10+ years! We’ve always had amazing service with Steve. We just recently met Renee and she went above and beyond for us! She’s great at picking out fabrics, gives the best suggestions, always smiling, and genuinely cares! Prices are always reasonable. Highly recommend working with Renee!

Excellent service!  Knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful without being pushy. Very personable. Listened to our needs and offered the best options and suggestions. 
The product speaks for itself. Have owned LayZBoy products for several decades and have always found them to be of the highest quality and excellent durability. Warranty second to none. Customer assistance among the best. Always surprised by the wide choices of styles/fabrics/colors. Why settle when you can order exactly what you want?

We had the best experience tonight at the La-Z-Boy in Hoover. Renee was so welcoming from the moment we walked in the door and was able to help us find exactly what we wanted! She even stayed late, after the store closed to give us some extra to make our final selections. We left feeling great about our purchase!

Absolutely over the top!!! James was our salesman, and the sofa and recliners we bought were called James.  We all thought that was so funny.  Also, the manager, I believe his name was Steve, along with James helped us with the documentation needed to get our La-Z-Boy credit card.  Since we live about 45 minutes away, they were on top of making sure the process went smoothly.  Thank you!!!
