Bad experience with the sales person to start with! Can you believe that? Her name is Susan Bowman: No smile, cold tone, defensive body language, "do you want to order it?" normally comes right after describing a product with informing the price of it. We had a 5 year old, and a 2 year old with us, they got excited with the furniture in the show room, yes they were running around, climbing up and sometimes jumping. But trust me, I've seen way worse than that, and yet had ever seen any sales person would react as Susan did. As parents, my wife and I tried to keep them quiet and behave, it worked, but they needed constant reminding, why? They are just kids! Do you not have one in your family? If you don't, then sorry, you will know when you have one someday. But if you just don't like kids? Then you probably should not get a job that has opportunity to deal with one, especially as a sales person. But Susan, oh she didn't like it, I could tell. When I'm not around, she insinuated to my wife that my daughter was touching the stuff around too much. And after, yes even after I have placed my order with her, she would tell my daughter "PLEASE DO NOT STAND ON THE FURNITURE." Are you serious? I had my daughter to get off the chair, note, she was not wearing her shoes, but I just felt so aggravated! To add one more thing - she didn't say a single "thank you" from the beginning till the end, even when I was paying for my order. Thought about it over and over again, plus after reading this many reviews pointing out issues with their delivery, I just went ahead and called to cancel the order. And guess what? The one answered the call, there was no apologizing whatsoever. When asked why did I want to cancel my order, I told her I had a bad experience with the sales person. The rep showed no interest at all as to what happened, but I'm sure she could see who the sales person was. Again, no "sorry to hear that", no nothing. I had to ask her if there is anyone I could speak to about my complaint, told me she could (not that she would) forward the info to her manager and have him to call me back. I told her to do so. But I'm more convinced that I will never hear from that manager. Another data point of their horrible customer service. I will be calling their corporate - obviously this store will go down, quickly, if they don't do something.

Great selection very friendly salesperson. I will however add that you need to check your receipt before you sign. We were ready to leave so we didn't pay close enough attention. We were charged for "Force Field Protection" for all 3 pieces of furniture and never once were we asked did we want it. Although we would have bought it it would have been GREAT if we'd been asked. Also the Decorator Club we were told he was giving us we were charged $59.00 for. That I certainly wouldn't have bought. Over all a great sales experience except for that issue.

Store salesmen are very personable. The problems begin with delivery and follow up customer service. We ordered two theater chairs. The delivery men were rude and wanted a tip to move the chairs that the new ones replaced. There were problems with the chairs and it took over a month for everything to be resolved. My daughter bought a couch from them. The delivery was one guy with a pick up truck. She had to help carry the couch in to her apartment.

The sales are good and there is a good selection of styles, but the shopping system is a bit more complicated than it should be and it is impossible to browse without running into a helper every 20 feet. The furniture I have gotten from here has held up much very well other than a dining room chair that broke and they refused to repair. I will come back if I have any other furniture needs.

Jack Graves helped me as soon as I walked in the door and was great. Informative, took me to the couches I wanted to see and in my price range.
