The saleslady was friendly, very helpful and not pushy. She facilitated a relaxed time while helping us picking out our new furniture. The store is clean, well-ordered, and not crowded. They set up a practical payment plan enabling us to pay off the furniture in less than a year at no interest. Delivery was on a rainy day. The men were very courteous, careful in narrow doorways, and cheerful .. no mud tracked in.. Assembly was fast and clean. I have recommended this store to my friends and family. Our daughter had a very successful and pleasant experience, too. Why shop elsewhere? These folks have been neighbors for many years.

Do not purchase an extended warranty from Standard as it is a scam. One of the two recliners we purchased in January 2016 slumped on the right side of the seat and the warranty people said it was normal wear and tear (after a year) even after their person told us the seat needed to be replaced. Manager at Standard said they would take care of it but we can't even get them to return our calls so I'll never purchase anything else from Standard. .

I went in the store to look around and the salesman F.S was great. He was attentive to me and listened to what I wanted. I didn't buy that day, but plan to go back.
