Diana was awesome. She understood what we were looking for and took the time to walk us through the options. Once we choose the sofa she took the time to review the pictures of the man cave it was going into and assisted us in determining the best fabric to match the color scheme. After that we were discussing some of the storage challenges we had. Diana then took us around looking at cocktail tables until we found the perfect truck style table that fit our needs. She went the extra mile and made the sale! We really enjoyed this purchase.

I loved the customer service. Linda was there when we needed her, but also gave us lots of time to look and discuss on our own. We didn't feel pressured to hurry up and buy. Even with a baby and toddler in tow, it was a stress free buying experience.

We had the opportunity to work with Jade at your Whitehall store. Jade was pleasant, accommodating and patient while my mother and I search for a recliner and love seat. Jade is extremely knowledgeable about decorating and all the options available. Thank you and Jade for helping us find just what my mother needed.

Linda was an absolute pleasure to work with. She identified our needs immediately and handled the whole process very naturally. We would definitely recommend the store and especially Linda. She is the reason we decided to stop our shopping for the perfect couch.
