Unfortunately, I would not recommend Thomasville. I custom ordered 3 pieces of furniture. I waited the expected 6-8 weeks to be delivered. On delivery day, all three pieces had problems. The leather recliner was permanently dented from something being placed across it in a factory for unknown length of time, sectional had pulls in it on delivery and completely wrong carpet color, pattern and size. I immediately called the sales representative who ensured me everything would be taken care of. I had to compose a email with all the damages with pictures then have a service person come and assess the furniture. Once the service man came to my home, he told me he would have never accepted this furniture and completely understands why I was disappointments and frustrated about the situation. I had to wait about a week to get the service man's report. I waited and never heard back from Thomasville, I had to drive to the store and meet personally with the manager to get any response. At that time, I found out that the service man wrote his report stating the sectional pulls were normal wear and tear (it was brand new) and the leather recliner damage would eventually resolve on its own. I was completely  flabbergasted. Eventually, he said Thomasville would make it right. I originally had the furniture delivered April 2017. It is now October and I still do not have a new recliner or sectional. I am tentatively scheduled for the sectional to be delivered this weekend and I get a call that I have a outstanding bill on delivery that needs to be paid. Why would I need to pay for delivery? The recliner is still not available for delivery. This will be the fourth time I have had to clear my schedule for Thomasville to deliver furniture. 

I wish I could say go with Thomasville but I highly recommend to stay as far from this store as possible. It has been a nightmare to deal with.

Nice staff and furniture. Prices are reasonable. If it's not Reymour & Flannigan, or Ashley's, this place has what you need too.
