Purchased best leather recliner last October at the Fairfax Virginia store. We were told it was built in Tennesee. Found out yesterday it was built in China! So much for truth in marketing! Now a problem with the leather wrinkling on the right arm rest! They apologized and said they would fix the problem since it is within the first year warranty, Let's hope they do so! I asked for a new one too! What happened to made in America?

Stuff provided useful information with patient even when we told them we will order out sofa from their website first thing they still nice and very helpful and never pressure us to buy with them.

Their sales people are very knowledgeable. I like that they do not work off commission and will give you space to look on your own without pressuring you for a sale, but still be available if you want help.

Too many problems with the recliner I purchased.it took 4 months, yup get refunded.

A nice selection of furniture and the staff were friendly and not pushy. The furniture is somewhat expensive, and I have seen some of the same pieces at other locations for cheaper.
