Ask for NICOLE! Oh my, she is such a fantastic person. We worked with her one weekend and told her that if we decided to buy we would be back the next weekend. We went back but had a dilemma - the couch I liked my husband didn't like the chair. Nicole found us a chair that matched the couch great and then found us a rug to tie it all together AND stayed within our budget.

I would give them zero star. When you go into the store they would try to sell you the stuff like you are getting the best deal in the world. They keep saying everything must go for 50% everyday. How are they in business if everything must go for 50% for a year now. They rip their customers off. I bought a bed set and trundle bed and they sent me the delivery after month and half, with a broken trundle frame which was cleverly chipped from the corners and two different size box springs. I want to understand do they not want their customer's business back ever again like the way they try to rip their customer off. The reason I am writing this review is that after 2 months of purchasing the furniture I am yet to receive trundle matters as well as the correct box spring. They are again promising to send it after 3 more weeks. Yet they want me to start paying for the furniture that I haven't even received. They promise to contact you but never do. Really bad customer service especially by Madi the store manager, Skip, General Manager. Kathleen is also very rude. Promises everything but don't deliver any. Its been a worst experience ever. Will never buy again from them.

If I could give 0 stars i would. Worst furniture buying experience of my life. Bought the living room furniture set mid November. 6 weeks later and still no call to schedule delivery or with any update at all so i called the store. "Should be any day now. We'll call you soon". A week later and still no call. I called again. This time I have an estimated delivery date. This date now goes by and still no call. We play this game for weeks and finally I called because I am so frustrated with the lack of communication and information that I can't believe it. Same phrase every employee apparently learns to put off the customer "we'll contact the warehouse and give you a call back later today". Never once did I actually get a call back. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The only option they give is to keep waiting (they have no ETA and can give no information on where the set is) or get a refund. Unbelievable. They have no respect for people and treat customers horribly by lying on the phone with no intent to ever follow up. They just hope you get a call from delivery and everything goes smoothly. They have received their commission and couldn’t care less about your experience after you pay them. I cancelled and wasted months waiting for furniture that wasn't coming. Final insult was that i could not cancel over the phone and wasted another afternoon going back to the store to cancel. I know they can process payments over the phone. It is just lie after lie. They call me back to say that they processed the wrong amount of refund and need my credit card number OVER THE PHONE to start a new refund. Seriously. This happened. Take the bad reviews seriously and avoid this business at all costs.

January 24, 2018 I’d been looking for a sofa for my living room for a few months. Online, I found one that I really liked. It was manufactured by Ashley, but Marlo’s price of $1,400 was waaaay out of my budget. I then went to Ashley’s website, and luckily found it there for $899.99 regular price, on sale for $539.99. I went to their HomeStore in Fairfax, VA, where I was greeted and welcomed by Nicole, the sales person. She was very professional and knowledgeable, but sweet and friendly at the same time. She went out of her way to answer all the questions I had, and made my shopping experience very pleasant. I am anxiously waiting for the delivery which will be between 2 to 6 weeks.

Seriously I would give them a zero if possible. They are really great when we were buying the furniture, but when it came to delivery I literally had to call them everyday. They told me they would deliver and then didn’t come through and rescheduled my delivery without even informing me. When I spoke to the manager he clear up told me he can’t do anything. He was rude and unprofessional. And I had to call them to see what was going on because clearly they didn’t feel like they had to. On top of that when they did deliver part of my daughters bed set was broken and I sent it back, and then I noticed that the box springs they sent with my bed set were two different sizes, can you believe that. I would NEVER buy from them again. Absolutely ridiculous. And now I’m sure I will have to call every single day just to see when I will get the rest of the furniture because they probably don’t care since they already made the sale! 😡
