Our furnace stopped working between Christmas and New Year"s Day when outside temps were dropping to sub-zero numbers at night. We called LO plumbing the next day and Scott showed  up within minutes. Diagnosis: cracked heat exchanger (time to replace furnace! YUK) My first question: When???!  At 2 p.m. two polite and hard-working experts showed up, and it was like watching a tire change at the Indi 500. In less than 90 minutes the old was out, and the new installed. With 3 more furnaces to go that day, they left and promised to come back to finish up "details". We were warm again! Yesterday (1/8/18) Brent returned and made everything tidy and like new. Then he lowered the price because we didn't need a (whatchamacallit) pipe. Do business with LO Plumbing! They're GREAT!

Friendly people for sure. Mark installed a gas line for our new range; used good materials. The line was neatly secured to the joists in the basement. He fastened a flange to the floor rather than just run a flexible steel line through the floor like I've seen done. We're happy with their work. Will definitely call them for future work.

Your drivers suck.  Especially the old guy in the white van # 78 driving by Waldon Middle School on 1/24/2018 @ 7:00am.  You really should teach this idiot what a school zone is, the correct speed of 25 mph,  and how not to drive aggressively through them.  Speeding, tailgating and intimidating others with his big white van with your name all over it is pretty classy.   Parents and kids in the area beware, speed limits don't apply to this company.  As for their services, I will never know.  I will never use or recommend this company.

Predatory Pricing
Called morning of Christmas Eve as furnace was not working.  Charged $330 to come out and inspect for 5 minutes.  We live 5 minutes from their office.  Said furnace needed replacement and can apply service call to new furnace.  Found another contractor to replace furnace $1,000 cheaper than their quote.  Great way to treat a previous customer.

Excellent experience with Lake Orion Plumbing and Heating.  They came out to diagnose the problem faster than anyone else would.  Then they came out to fix the problem faster than anyone else.  Their service fee was the lowest I found out of 6 different places.  Super nice guys (both Mark and Wes) very professional, highly skilled, courteous, polite, just great guys.  They did everything they could to fix the existing disposal first.  I really appreciated that as it was only not even 2 years old.  They gave me tips on different things I could do to avoid a future problem.  The company even called the next day to make sure everything was good.  I didn't want to bug them by calling them back, but really appreciated that outstanding customer care.  This was an excellent experience.  Plumbing problems are probably the most stressful as homeowners.  At least for me. These guys made it look effortless and they are just good people that really care.  That is why I wanted to take the time to put out a review.  They deserve to hear good things, because that is exactly what I experienced.  Let's just say not all my plumbing experiences have been this great. This company is top notch, outstanding and excellent!  I greatly appreciate them and what they do.  Thank you very much for taking such good care of me and we will DEFINITELY be calling you back in the future!  From the first phone call in to the excellent service, it was one of my best experiences with any company.  Outstanding job, thank you again!
