Was really happy with how quickly they were able to come to the house and get the job done! The dryer was disconnected and the new one was hooked up in record time!  The office staff followed up the next day to ask about the visit and to make sure everything was working properly! She was also really friendly on the phone, which is always appreciated.

Agreed to have them do a $600 snake of my sewage line. They got my credit card number, and charged $3300 for work that wasn't in estimate, but "needed to be done." Three plumbers, 3.5 hours, $3300. Don't use them, but if you do, make sure you pay the charge in person not over the phone. No telling what shows up on your credit card statement if you give them that info.

On time and efficient. Handled a drain problem a couple of other companies were unable to diagnose. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Called at 1:53 to set up an appointment, and asked the lady on the phone if it would be okay for me to call back in 5 minutes before confirming the appointment, to which she responded "Sure thing, no problem."  When I did call back at 1:58, the next person who answered the phone was a surly woman who refused to schedule the appointment because it was "after 2:00 and now emergency hours".  When I pointed out that it was not, in fact "after 2:00" as she claimed, she bristled and steadfastly refused to schedule me.

WaterWork Plumbing took my call and didn't raise a fuss about the prospect of performing a service.  Not sure how Cregger plans to survive as a business without customers.

The second star is for the first lady who answered the phone.  She seemed nice.

We have had a lot of plumbing work in our new house done.  Totally replumbed the entire house, new shower installed and new tub in the basement. We have had a great experience with all the different plumbers that have come out and in all our interactions with the office.  The prices are comparable to other plumbing companies in the area.
