We rented a large house on the south side of lake Tahoe.  Unfortunately, the weather was very hot and the house has no AC.  We talked to Leah, the manager.  She offered to refund the remaining nights of our stay.  We moved to a hotel that has AC.  We are very thankful to her and her staff.  They truly went above and beyond.  Thank you, Leah!

Just...no. I went with a large group that occupied 3 cabins, and we were told one of the cabins had a free extra night. Great. So accordingly we planned to store our luggage in the only cabin that had the extra night while everyone went skiing during the day, then leave in the evening. However, I got a phone call at 10am that morning from the manager telling me she mistakenly told us the wrong cabin and that we had a half hour to 'vacate'. Have never been treated so disrespectfully by someone in the service industry in my life. The woman proceeds to tell me she wants me to move the belongings of my 8 roommates, all of whom are already on the mountain and have no phone service, by myself so the cleaning staff can come in, all within the next half hour. -_-  No compensating offer or attempt to assist on their part. Then when I insisted that she switch the cabins so that we can have the one we were originally told to stay in, partially because what she's asking is logistically impossible and also because she has no right to ask it, she claims that she never made a mistake in the first place and miraculously now she has no idea who told us that. ----______----  Imagine it, my guy. Mistakes were made but the person who made them no longer exists. Flawless. Honestly, these places are fine to stay in as long as you don't have to deal with the management staff because if you do, good luck, they're genuinely awful.

Rented a really nice house here for 8 ppl. House was warm and comfy. Woke up at sunrise every day though since there were no curtains.

Would never rent from this company again. After 7 years of our family renting multiple houses from them they gave us a house which had rat dropping and master bedroom with no blinds or curtains. We complained and they never showed up to fix the issues or even acknowledge.
