My wife and I use VRA to perform cleaning, inspection and other minor maintenance services at our vacation rental cabin. They are top-notch. First, their cleaning is unbelievable (we have seen it first hand and have received compliments from our guests). Second, they are thorough in their services and communication, they identify things that need my attention - probably better at spotting than I am; and, they are prompt in their responses via email and phone. Third, their customer service is top notch: they treat us (their customer) with utmost respect, but even more so, they attended to the needs of our guests as if they were their own customers. We appreciate all the work they do in keeping our rental in great shape.

We live in Virginia, own a vacation home in South Lake Tahoe, and use VRA as our local agent and "on the ground" team at Tahoe. We switch to VRA from a full service property management company in May 2014, after ten years of paying 35% commissions and miscellaneous fees for maybe six bookings (~30 days, max) each year. Now, with AirBnB as our sole listing location, and VRA as our local reps, we are easily booking 140 days/year, and paying only $75/month for local representation. We've increased our "take home" by nearly 10x. Caleb's team is always responsive to our requests, they do exactly what we ask, and only charge us for what we ask for. They are respectful and responsive, and proactively keep us informed. Could not be happier and we highly recommend VRA!

Finally, a property management service that accommodates my needs. Caleb at Vacation Rental Assistance has been great in helping us manage our home, and be flexible with our needs. His ability to solve problems and give my husband and I peace of mind is invaluable! Highly recommended to any homeowner looking for an affordable, personal company to manage their home!

Caleb has been the answer to our sleepless nights and worried days trying to manage our home remotely. The services he provides are exactly what we needed and he is very flexible in the range of services he provides. Caleb has shown himself to be quite capable of providing exceptional care and response to our vacationers. As the primary point of contact for our home he is always prompt to address any issues and needs as they arise in a courteous and thoughtful manner that keeps things running smoothly. Thanks Caleb!

My family and I rented a home that Vacation Rental Assistance manages in Lake Tahoe. When we arrived everything was perfect which was nice, the house was clean and all set up for us to stay. A few days into our trip the fireplace had a problem and it went out!! We called Vacation Rental Assistance at 11PM and Caleb arrived within 15 minutes and fixed it free of charge! I was really impressed and will make sure to rent one of their homes again! Thanks again!!
