Turnkey were easy to deal with and very approachable/communicative. The booking process was simple with no complications which made our stay a relaxing one. I would happily go through them again and recommend them to others. Thank you for a great holiday.

Maybe I don't know the market, maybe I have unrealistic expectations, maybe I'm anal retentive and too picky but I have to say: this rental wasn't clean, there were cobwebs, dirt on the floor and kiddie handprints all over. To be sure it is a gorgeous house, beautifully built and in a great central location providing easy access to the south lake area. It simply hasn't been maintained well. The fireplaces didn't function, things were broken, the alarm system was unworkable. It is not the most expensive rental at Tahoe, but far from the cheapest. It's been a long time since I stayed at the lake and I don't know if this was an exception but I was disappointed. The property manager was responsive and offered to send cleaners over, but we declined cause we were on the go and we could live with it. I own a vacation rental and would never ever rent it out in such condition. But maybe that's just me. Or, maybe something's wrong over there. The owner might want to do some introspection about why they allow this high potential home to be neglected.

Turnkey Vacation Rentals were very thorough in the booking, arrival, and departure process. I would book with them again without hesitation. Thank you for a great family getaway!
