Would you like to be harassed by secretaries??? Be told they are going to throw you out over any little thing because they think you are going to break your lease??? That is the two grandmothers who work there in a nutshell. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. I have seen this before where they steal your security deposit to pay themselves. Trust me I have sued for triple damages and won before, it is a satisfying process to be sure but it takes a lot of time, don't bother with these ignorant people.... cheers :)

Here is what I experienced with Lake Tahoe Lodging Company:

On mid Oct, we, two families, booked a rental house for thanksgiving week, knowing we need a pet friendly home, we purposefully booked in advance.
$2000+ was charged very quickly from my credit card, and we got an official renting offer.
Now, the very end of Oct, I received a call, and was told the house we rent was no longer available. And we need to pick from alternative ones.
I received a list of other options, some with one bath, some don't allow pet. 
When I call back to tell them I don't like any of these, the answer is I can cancel my booking, and kindly offer "NO PENALTY" ?! on me???
Now I search online, good options on the entire Tahoe is booked up, knowing thanksgiving is only 3 weeks away. And what we expect to do about this multi-family vacation?

I simply don't understand how a management company can perform like this. Booking with them is simply stupid!

As a property owner I am appauled at the conditions that they attempted to rent my home in and the level of care they provide for your property.  Cleaning service is suspect.  Vomit was left on the floor in the bathroom for me to find when I showed up for a weekend.  Light bulbs were out even though there were fresh ones in the cabinet.  Spider webs were left everywhere, an obvious sign they do not come by and check the property before renter get there. They failed to charge a guest for breaking one of the pieces on the couch which was brand new!  They failed to reimburse us for the damage to the couch.  They do not pick up trash left over on the deck by former guests, nor do they charge them an extra cleaning fee.  They are qucik to charge me large fees for doing nothing!  My advice to you is to rent from someone else and/or to list with someone else.

Very rude judgmental staff.  
Not helpful at all, for them being my landlords 
They don't plow your driveway when snow removal is included in monthly costs
I would never ever recommend anyone go to accommodation station, there are much nicer rental offices in Tahoe that are much more caring and helpful.
