Lake Town Bicycles has always treated me with great care. Prior to finding LTB I had tried various other LARGE bike shops, I would walk into the shops and not 1 person would acknowledge my existence. These LARGE bike shops acted as if I could not offer them anything because I was only 20 years old. Which intern ruined business for them because they over look people. When I first walked into LTB they treated me as if I was a good friend, it was nice to feel appreciated. Thanks WIll and Phil for being a REAL friendly neighborhood bike shop. The vibe you guys create is unmatched in the bicycle industry.

These dudes don't know me from adam and have always jumped right on my stuff and treated me like a friend. Super fast and totally fair prices. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I had an outstanding experience here. Took my daughters bike in for an upgrade on the tires and although the told me it would be later in the day possibly the next day before I would get it back it was done in less than an hour.

Fantastic experience.  Shop was recommended to me by two friends.  They were reasonably priced and professional.  In fact, when I picked up my bike my rear derrail was broken.  The shop owner was mortified and immediately offered to replace it.  My bike is about 10 years old and has many miles on it so I said it was not a problem and that I would pay to replace it.  He would not let me and wanted to take full responsibility.  When I picked it up today and they had replaced it with a a grade up (dura ace).   This shop wants to do the right thing.  Highly recommend!!!!
